Innovare Waterproofing is a specialist division of the Innovare Group — a single licensed builder operating multiple project-specialist brands across Queensland and New South Wales. The Group structure means our clients receive the commercial capability and insured accountability of a licensed builder, combined with the technical depth of a dedicated waterproofing trade contractor.
We were established to address a gap in the Queensland market: property owners, strata managers and builders increasingly encountered waterproofing “specialists” who were, in practice, generalist trades with limited membrane knowledge, no manufacturer accreditation and no documented methodology. The outcomes were predictable — systems that failed early, disputes about liability and costly rectification.
Innovare Waterproofing was built differently. Our team comprises experienced applicators with backgrounds across residential renovation, multi-storey commercial construction and industrial remedial works. We invest in manufacturer accreditation, ongoing product training and documented installation methodology because we believe the quality of waterproofing work should be verifiable — not taken on faith.

Our approach begins with diagnosis. Water tracks — the visible damage is rarely below the point of entry. Only once we have identified the failure mechanism do we specify the repair. It is a slower start that produces more durable outcomes.
