Widespread balcony membrane failure across multiple levels of a twelve-storey building. Full membrane replacement — tile removal, stripping, substrate prep, liquid-applied polyurethane and tile reinstatement — staged to minimise resident disruption.

Chronic water ingress through construction joints and cracked perimeter walls across a three-level below-ground car park. Investigation, hydrophilic PU crack injection, cementitious crystalline wall treatment and cavity drain to base slab. Dry conditions achieved throughout.

Aged, failing torch-on membrane on a large industrial building in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. Full removal, substrate repair and a new two-layer SBS torch-on system with mineral cap sheet. Post-installation flood test confirmed watertight.

New-construction waterproofing package across 48 residential lots — all bathrooms, ensuites and laundries waterproofed to AS 3740 with inspection certificates issued for the private certifier. Completed on programme within the principal contractor’s schedule.

Podium deck waterproofing for a 400 m² landscaped courtyard over a basement car park. Sheet membrane with root barrier, drainage layer and screed protection, designed to accommodate significant long-term structural movement. Five years on: no reported ingress.

Heritage-listed inner-Brisbane building
Widespread rising damp to ground-floor masonry walls of a heritage-listed commercial building. Chemical injection DPC and sub-floor ventilation improvement, coordinated with a heritage consultant. Post-treatment, damp reduced to background within nine months.
